What’s Going On With My Diabetic Nutritional Balancing Lifestyle

Wow. So many things going on… settling into our new place, working out new schedules for coffee enemas and saunas, getting Jonah started with a new schedule of homeschooling and dealing with aging parents. And detoxing is not easy with all these life stressors – I really just want to lie in bed all day.

Some of my readers have been asking about the GAPS program. We have evolved past GAPS and are now using the Nutritional Balancing program. We felt Nutritional Balancing offered puzzle pieces missing in the GAPS program.

Nutritional Balancing uses hair mineral analysis to help custom design its healing protocol for each person. Recently, I had my first hair mineral retest. I’m very excited about this because it showed I am now detoxing some of the heavy metals my body has been holding onto.

I still have a long way to go but I have been noticing changes: Depression and moodiness are 95% better. Cravings for sugar is pretty much gone. I’m sleeping better. The restless legs are 95% better. There’s no itching from phosphates buildup (a kidney failure condition). My bowels feel better. I suffer less headaches. PMS is better.

I feel so much hope. Layers of healing are happening. My heart at times is bursting with Joy and Love.

I realize there are more layers to come off but this feels like my dharmic path. There’s a peacefulness to this. I am going to try and put out shorter blogs so I can keep you informed. But my main goal is to get better. Sometimes resting and sleeping is what I have to do, not type.
