I am sad to say this blog will conclude today. My path lies in other areas and I must let this go. So I will finish up a few details here…
John’s last letter to the hospital
John’s last blog about the hospital battle, asking readers to write emails to the CEO about the injustice of their treatment of a dialysis patient
And my decision to stop distracting myself with writing diabetic dharma and many other nonessentials . I will concentrate fully on healing my kidneys so I can avoid future hospital visits (maybe one day I will write my memoir with a positive outcome of healing both kidneys and pancreas
I will stop resisting doing my dharma — which is healing the kidneys to the point I do not need dialysis… fasting, saunas, Buteyko breathing, orin therapy, vegan diet, exercise, sleeping, journal writing and reading inspiring works. Plus, homeschooling, parenting, household projects and my relationship with my husband. And healing food addiction(this includes forgiving myself).
My hope for the future self (Benjamin Hardy has a cartoon and free program around this topic) is to heal that so I may write a biography of this journey, live to see my husband’s future as a novelist and my son grow up. I thank you all for being a part of this journey the last few years.
If you haven’t read all that is on Diabetic Dharma — this is the time to do it. I wish you healing, peace and love.
“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life.”— Eckhart Tolle, The Power of Now: A Guide to Spiritual Enlightenment.
My Now is healing the body. I need to act Now.
