Rashes, Restless Legs, Nausea and Other Detox Symptoms

Rashes have been appearing along Nicole’s abdomen and chest. Her restless leg syndrome is back. She’ll experience long periods of nausea. Many of these symptoms get worse at night and interfere with sleep. Headaches are also included. There’s also been bouts of diarrhea at all hours of the day. And let’s not forgot the pimples and sores.

As part of the biochemical restoration experiment to reverse kidney failure and type-1 diabetes (or, at the very least, feel a whole lot better) Nicole expected detoxification symptoms. The focus of the program is removing unwanted minerals and toxins from the body and replacing them with the correct minerals. This process of removing the unwanted biochemistry is not always pleasant.

Nicole appears now to be removing more bio-unavailable copper than ever before. This is copper that her body was not able to use. Unable to eliminate it, the theory goes, it was stored away in the organs (where it causes problems). Now it’s coming out. Of course, the same symptoms may be attributed to heavy metals like lead, cadmium, mercury and arsenic.

The only thing that seems to offer some relief are coffee enemas. Saunas can make it worse. Though sometimes a short 20-minute sauna dors help. Eating food can be hard at times, but not eating food makes it all more severe. On Monday she only ate half a dinner. Likewise for Tuesday morning brunch. Dialysis treatment seems to help a lot and get rid of the nausea.

Unlike someone with functioning kidneys, as toxins are dislodged they can’t be urinated away. Nicole has been experiencing more and more edema – especially around the abdomen. She looks four-months pregnant much of the time. Since the toxins are slow to come out, the body seems to be diluting them.

Mineral balancing is a hard healing modality to sell. Today, we’ve been trained to take a remedy and see immediate relief. Instead, real healing seems to involve feeling worse before you get better. Removing toxins and breaking down diseased tissue is about as fun as renovating a mould-infested basement. You could just “paint over it.” That’s quick and easy and gives instant results. Of course, you can only paint over things so many times.

P.S. Results from Nicole’s third hair tissue analysis are in. It reflects which heavy metals her body is focusing on excreting. I’ll post them as soon as I can. You can read about previous test results here: Type-1 Diabetic Detoxes Twice as Much Mercury
